MIRA Network AMA Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer
This contest is organized by MIRA Network, accessible via www.miranetwork.io. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promo Period
The contest runs from 14 May 2025 to 24 June 2025, 23:59 CET.

3. Eligibility
To be eligible:
- Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Have a minimum of 100 followers on Instagram or Twitter (X).
- Complete all participation steps (see below).
- Open to participants worldwide unless prohibited by law.

Employees of MIRA Network and its partners are not eligible to win.

4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway:

1. Post about the MIRA Network App on Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok and Facebook.
2. Use the hashtag #MiraNetworkEvent in your post.
3. Tag 3 friends in the caption or comments.
4. Make sure your profile is public until winners are announced.
5. Have at least 100 real followers.

Each post counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed but spam or fake activity will lead to disqualification.

5. Prize
20 winners will receive $100 USD each (or equivalent in cryptocurrency, if chosen).

- Total prize pool: $2,000 USD.
- Winners will be selected based on creativity and engagement, as judged by the MIRA Network team.
- Prize will be delivered within 14 days of winner confirmation.

6. Winner Selection
- Winners will be announced on or around 28 June 2025 via our official channels and/or direct message.
- Participants must respond within 7 days to claim the prize, or another winner may be selected.
- MIRA Network reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of manipulation, fake engagement, or rule violations.

7. Disclaimers
- This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Twitter, or any third party.
- Cryptocurrency rewards may fluctuate in value. Recipients are responsible for any local tax reporting obligations.
- MIRA Network reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time.

8. Privacy
By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your social media username and content for promotion purposes related to this event. No other personal data will be collected or shared.
