1. Organizer

This contest is organized by MIRA Network, accessible via www.miranetwork.io. For any inquiries, email support@miranetwork.io.
By participating, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Promo Period
The contest runs from 14 May 2025 to 24 June 2025, 23:59 CET. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility
Participants must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a public Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok and/or Facebook profile
- Have 100 or more real followers
- Follow all participation steps (see section 4)
- Not be an employee or direct affiliate of MIRA Network

The contest is open worldwide, except where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter
To enter the MIRA App Promo Giveaway:
1. Create a creative post promoting the MIRA Network App on Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok or Facebook
- Include the hashtag #MiraNetworkEvent
- Tag 3 friends in your post
- Ensure your profile is public until the winners are announced

Each eligible post counts as one entry. Multiple unique entries are allowed. Spam, bots, or fake engagement will result in disqualification.

5. Prizes
- 20 winners will be selected to receive $100 USD each
- Prizes may be delivered in USD or equivalent cryptocurrency
- Winners will be chosen based on creativity and engagement, as judged by the MIRA Network team
- Winners will be announced on or around 28 June 2025
- Winners must respond within 7 days of contact to claim their prize
- Prizes will be delivered within 14 days of winner confirmation

6. Selection Criteria
The MIRA Network team will select winners based on:

- Originality and creativity of the post
- Authentic engagement (likes, comments, shares)
- Relevance to the MIRA App and brand

The decision of the judges is final.

- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes in their country.

MIRA Network reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time for any reason.
